Designing women's underwear

I'm not an underwear/lingerie particular person. So it always baffles me how designers come up with designs for female underwears.

Like why is there some chain2x on that red pair. 

Or when will the designer decide to put some stones on a bra/panty?

Anyhoo, a few sports bras, made by a friend from her garment factory, are coming to me!

I'll be selling them, and I hope we can sell them all out! :)
