cruel world


When I started doing the gym thing, my weight is 1*2. This is my 3rd week of religiously going to they gym (like 3xweek) but still my weight is 1*2. They said it would take time to really lose weight! Hello? It's my 3rd week, shouldn't my weight at least move 1 pointer down?!

Such a cruel cruel world! I'm thinking of resorting to Xenical, or maybe Fitrum. Judy Ann said Fitrum makes her slim.

Hay, such a cruel world for an impatient me! Well, it's 3 weeks! Cruel!!!

For those who knows the equivalent of *, please keep it to yourself. =)

it will show in 3 months. results in three weeks, that is if you work out daily for like pila ka hours. kalma lang rose, at least you're doing something.

you should workout daily.. and more on cardio rose.. there is this one herbal diet pill my brother takes..and in just two weeks guaranteed u can loose up to 10lbs or more.. its name is Zen and u can buy this one adjacent to SM the Chinese Herbal Store..it will cost u only 120 pesos.. and of cors.. u should watch ur diet.. no rice or not too much carbo would do.. so Diet+pill+exercise = sexy rose.. hehehe

bitaw rose, it will show in 3 months. and be patient lang kay the more ka magdali, the more dili nimo makitang result and you would easily give up although i know exactly how you feel cos been through that :)

rosee, it wont show in 3 weeks oi.. you'll just feel your muscle start to sore and thats it. perhaps 2 months cguro kung 3xaweek gyud. i wnt to the gym for my back problems and to GAIN weight this time.. heheh and i saw improvements after 2 months, jerred pud nagtambok kay nag gym cya.. ;) justtoo bad i stopped.. hehe ;)

want to really slim down rose? try eating only oatmeal in the evening. ^_^ its a good thing that you go to the gym but its also very important to eat right and always on time one cup of rice every meal thats for breakfast and lunch tapos do the oatmeal thingy for a week you will see results im tellin you ^_^ in between meals if ur really hungry try to eat fruits apples banana etc the problem in losing weight is that we dont think too much of what we eat kaya ganun ^_^ apir!

running. it is very effective run for 1 hour everyday, in 2 weeks you will be stick thin. exageration on the stick thin part. pero i can vouch on this one rosie.

sa gym na lang gyud pag treadmill.. pila man ka ka hours every week magwork-out rosie? c brian katong nagbike(mobile) in 3 weeks ba or 4 weeks, he lost uhm 12lbs. hinay2x lang gud.. =)
